Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited was established in 2007 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, extending the Tata Group's century-long engineering reputation into real estate development. Operating from Mumbai, the company develops both residential towers and Grade-A commercial parks, applying the same rigour to construction quality and project governance that the Tata name carries across its infrastructure and industrial businesses.
