Sobha Limited

Sobha Limited was founded on 7 August 1995 by P.N.C. Menon, who had earlier built an interior decoration business in Oman before returning to India to found Sobha. The company went public on Indian stock exchanges in 2006 and is headquartered in Bengaluru, with a corporate presence in Dubai. Sobha is known for backward integration — running its own precast concrete, joinery and metal works facilities rather than outsourcing them — a model the company credits for the construction consistency across its residential portfolio.
