Group 108 emerged in 2023 as a spin-off of the Bhutani Group, led by Dr. Amish Bhutani and Sanchit Bhutani, and carries forward the legacy of landmark developments including iThum and Alphathum in Noida and World Square Mall in Ghaziabad. The group's current signature projects, Grandthum and One FNG, continue its focus on premium commercial and mixed-use development along the Noida Expressway.
