About

Eldeco Group was founded in 1975 in Agra by S.K. Garg, taking on its first construction projects across Uttar Pradesh through the late 1970s and 80s. Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd. listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 1985, and the group expanded into Kanpur and Lucknow through the 1990s after O.P. Bajaj joined as co-promoter in 1993. Five decades on, Eldeco develops townships, group housing and commercial complexes across Delhi-NCR, Lucknow, Kanpur and Noida, including active projects in Greater Noida and along the Yamuna Expressway.
