ATS Infrastructure was founded on 1 January 1998 by Getamber Anand, who continues to serve as the company's Chairman and Managing Director. Over more than two decades, the company has built a reputation for large-format, amenity-rich gated communities under its ATS Greens brand across the National Capital Region. Headquartered in Noida, ATS has expanded its footprint across the broader NCR while maintaining a consistent focus on township-scale residential development rather than smaller infill projects.
